MTN overcharges, abuses debit orders on customers

In another shocking FALSE PROMISE to me, MTN stated that \the matter is being addressed by the relevant supervisory team and we hope to reach a conclusion as soon as possible". <br> <br> Right. We value your input and also appreciate the time you took to raise your concerns with us because it is only through constructive feedback that we can identify and improve in areas that need our urgent attention.

According to our records, the 1G data bundle was loaded to your account on 13 May 2015.

A credit of R3 282.41 has been sent for authorisation and this should reflect on your next statement. This is for the data charges billed from December 2015 to April 2015 as well as the 1G bundle that was not received.

Regarding the data that was purchase from a 3rd party and the statements not received timeously, this has been escalated and we will revert to you with feedback and a way forward.

Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
