MTN Overcharged Me – Paid for 25 Months Instead of 24

I am extremely disappointed with MTN. My contract was clearly for 24 months, yet I’ve now paid for 25 months, and to make matters worse, my last instalment was double the normal amount. This is completely unacceptable- it feels like daylight *******. I’ve honoured every payment on time for the full term of my contract, and now I’m being charged beyond what was agreed. I’ve tried to get clarity, but MTN has not provided a proper explanation
