Mtn overcharged and retracted offers!!!

Dear MTN,

We have received a bill for R1500 for one of our phone contracts because our contract expired. We did not get a call with upgrades available? We also expected our plan to just continue, but not for you to add the bonus data included in our original black friday deal. It is absolutely unacceptable to add that bonus data and charge us for it.

We have been loyal customers for over 20 years. We were FINALLY contacted after this R1500 was charged and offer an iPhone SE2 with 20 gb data and 200 minutes for R499. We said to let us think about it and when the consultant called back he said no he is retracting that offer.

We want the offer they told us and we expect the R1500 to be reversed. We have talked to numerous consultants and even been in store and nobody will help us. This is a horrible treatment of customers and I expect you will rectify the situation asap.
