MTN Overcharged Account for 3 months in a row.
I wrote a review recently after having trouble with MTN regarding my overcharged account. MTN privately rep**** to me with the following. Needless to say, this supposed credit did not happen and MTN yet again deducted the overcharged amount from me. : MTN South Africa 's reply: 23 Jul 2019, 12:22 Good day Lizaan
Kindly note as per our conversation we have corrected the package subscriptions and credited your MTN account with R1920.00.
