MTN overcharge..careful how you recharge

Again MTN....you never cease to amaze me. Here we go. I wish to purchase a weekly data bundle. A 2gig to be precise. Now, if I go through the easiest recharge system you have...that will cost me R260 plus bank charges etc. Yet if I go an buy R99 airtime I can change that to the same 2gig bundle.

After a call to find out why one is 150% more than the other...this needs to be escalated as no one knows in your call center...what a *******. Really people.. is this how you run a business. Disgusting, and yet here we are held over a barrel as all of the telecom companies in this country are as bad as each other.
