Mtn overcharge and do not resolve matters

*** is the last ref no given. It has been 10 days and nobody has even contacted me. This now according to me is theft. You have taken my money. You can not give me feedback to explain why you took my money. If you look at the last ten days of hello peter you will see that this is a regular occurrence . Where is the ombudsman that is suppose to assist in this. Please resolve this matter. DO NOT GIVE ME ANOTHER REF NO IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO RESOLVE THIS. Please supply a address to were i can go to sort this out, your data division investigation department.

Hello HermanAnl,

Thank you for your Post.

We sincerely apologise for the delayed response and the inconvenience this may have caused.

We did not find high usage on the Cellphone number *** included on this post however we have set a Usage limit of R0.00 to avoid additional charges when you have used up your allocations. The high usage was found on the invoice of the 01/08/2015 for the *** number which is an Open contract previously a Nashua mobile contract.

According to our records this number has a Bill limit of R100. We have processed a request for credit on the amount you went over the stipulated limit however in future please monitor your usage, alternatively you can migrate to a TopUp package.

We hope that you will find the above in order.

Please be assured that it is not our intention to displease and we look forward to continue improving on our service delivery to you.

Kind Regards
Itumeleng Rakoena
