MTN Overcharge
I have been blatantly overcharged by MTN, for over a year now. This is hurting my pocket every month as it is not budgeted. I signed up for a R300 Top up contract, now I pay over R1000 per month, MTN is *****ing money from me and I cannot handle this anymore. I will now pursue legal action against MTN, over 15 calls to your useless call centres and numerous emails but no help ! I Know I am not the only customer that has this problem, so I am definitely not at fault and MTN please don't send me your apology note, I don't want to hear it, I want to hear how this is going to be resolved. It seems all my calls and emails fall on deaf ears. This needs media attention !

According to our records a credit of R1469.98 was processed to your account on 02 March 2015, another credit to R919.82 was processed on the 11 June 2015 and today we have passed a credit of R260.00 for the data bundle charged in August.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
