MTN overbilling

MTN billing system is designed to ******* customers. I recently renewed my contract and for two months I am being billed "pro rata". I should be paying R129 per month but they debited me For R170 and R210 in november and December respectively. I cannot get an adequate answer to my quesry wen I called the call centre.
