MTN Overberg is horrible, very disappointed

After struggling for 2years (contract length) with a phone which took horrible pictures I went to upgrade at Bredasdorp and was told to take an Oppo Reno 7z phone with excellent photo capturings. So I down graded the package to afford the phone. The next business day I took the phone back due to even more horrible photos than the previous phone. The sale assistants tested the photos with me and agreed that the photos is not good. I wanted to cancel the contract or switch the phone (as this was the next business day) but they refused. They phoned their area manager which also refused to assist me with the problem. So once again I am stuck for 2 years with a horrible phone (and no one sells flip covers for Oppo in any case). I have 2 contracts ready to be upgraded. MTN I'm transferring my business somewhere else. You just sell to make targets and not looking after you're longstanding customers. I'm grieved and highly disappointed and Angry to sit with ******* for 2 years....
