MTN Over the Phone Sales

in June I was offered a deal(Router) over the phone by an agent and I took it and they told me I would receive the package in 7-10 working day, on the 11th working day I called in and they told me that the is no order under my name so I left it at that. last week I order Online by myself a Mobile device and I got a call on Monday 2/11/2020 and the courier and they Told me they have my Package and I was excited but it was not a phone and was the router. I tried calling them and they told they gone send me the numbers to call but they never sent them and I went to the store and they told me they do not take any returns and they can't give a number to call cause there is to many numbers that I must try and I must go to clearwater mall if I want to return it
