MTN Over debit on acc

Mtn overdebited my acc twice. in December and January. I logged multiple tickets with mtn and sent through emails requesting a statement of my bill to show me an exact break down of what they have over billed me for. This happened in Dec. I am still waiting for my statement and not one person has contacted me since then. Really pathetic service from Mtn who claim to be the best service provider.
