MTN over charging taking money without consulting clients
I'm very disappointed in MTN as I have a contract phone that I pay R503 every month. For the last 2 month I have been debited over R900 for no reason and when I called them last month I was told everything is back to normal I would like MTN to refund my money back I will be reversing. This debit they took

Thank you for the response.
Please note that I had called MTN when the first debit order happened and I was assured that it will never happen again it has been changed to it's original amount
Please see who was the consultant I spoke to after the debit order in November.
Furthermore I would like proof on the amount of data that was used that came to R400 and I would like to know who authorized the extra data and where did I sign as my contract with MTN is for R500
