MTN over charges by around 30% on contract

I renewed a contract with MTN but down graded the contract as I have a work line with ample time. I wanted a basic contract to keep the number active. The contract I opted for was R139inc pm. I have been consistently billed R180.50. According to MTN I added additional items to the contract. This is completely false. In short be very careful when deciding on a cellular service provider. I don't think i will renew with MTN
