MTN Over Charged
MTN have over charged me on my contract a total amount of R1385.<br> <br> I have spoken to the consultant listed in the compliant with still no joy. He has admitted that I was wrongly billed and the refund or credit to my account has not yet come! <br> <br> All he says is that it has been escalated to the billing department. this is on going since the 9th of September 2015.<br> <br> Ref number:***
