MTN over-billed my account!!! Shocking service
MTN have clearly made a billing error which saw my account debited for R1757 on 1 March. My premium is R269. After 2 frustrating calls to your Call Centre and a week of waiting, I am fed up. I need this resolved as a matter of urgency. Pathetic service levels.
