MTN outsources to *****sters

One of mtn outsource companies contacted me for an upgrade which I declined. I found weeks later that they had opened orders on my account. I am now unable to perform any order on my own account via MTN. I have called MTN 3 times, visited 2 MTN branches as well as 3 istore visits to the MTN counter, Sent 10 emails, called the outsource company directly and still no resolution. All I keep getting asked for is my id number and being referred from one company to the other.
