MTN Outsources Contract Upgrades - Cannot assist with Contract Error

MTN has outsourced their contracts upgrading and in doing so have abdicated their responsiblity for ensuring that the contracts have been upgraded correctly. After numerous phonecalls none of the call centre agents have been able to assist in contacting this outsourced company. Each contact agent gives a different number to contact, none of which work. The contract eventually loaded was not the one agreed to over the telephone and now the monthly debit order is far above the one quoted and not one person as MTN can or is willing is to assist.
