Mtn outlet cresta mall

Good day I bought a Samsung A03 at mtn outlet in cresta IM number *** in November 2022. The phone only worked for two days and the software collapsed refusing to switch on,took it back to the shop whereby mtn booked it to Samsung for repairs ,phone came back working this time only for a week,went back to mtn Cresta to complain they booked it again only for Samsung to find an excuse not to fix blaming a cracked lens on the camera in which they fixed it before with the same Crack.

Samsung blames mtn for booking a phone with a Crack whereby their policy don't allow,mtn blames their junior consultant and the Samsung repairer who fixed it the first time...mtn and Samsung are pointing fingers at each other to date,Samsung is showing us emails it has sent to mtn voice of customer department,with no solution in site.

I have 3 contract phones with mtn currently which I can't cancel to save my heart, this Samsung I bought cash..biggest mistake of my life,the mtn store at Cresta to date is still feeding me hogwash and a demonic customer service from Heidi's...

Kindly assist whoever is out there...can the people who fixed my phone before fix again because they did a bad return job.
