MTN Outages through Load Shedding hours and no customer care relief

MTN subscriber since 2001. I reside in Eastern Cape SA. Each hour, on the hour connectivity is lost for at least 7 to 13 minutes. In December 2022 we had four days of no reception. EVERY TIME that we have loadshedding, our connectivity is down for the full duration of the load shedding. Reporting outages has a ticket opened and closed within a minute. Reported about 20 times. No resolve.
