MTN out of stock for more than 2 months

Mtn advertises the Samsung galaxy note 4 and that the gold one is exclusive to them.but for the last 2 months none of the shops around have had stock but yet they advertise the phone all over.is this not false advertising? why advertise something if you know you you don't have it. I tried calling 808 to find out if there is stock but no one answered for more than 3 times. I called mtn direct but it just goes dead or no one answers. I called mtn at clear water but no answer, called key west no answer, called cradle stone too but same thing, why even have numbers to call if your service is too bad to even answer calls. I never thought that 2 years after I got a contract with mtn that they would turn out to be the worst, just actually want my contract canceled instead of upgrading. I have asked cellc and Vodacom about the same phone and they have stock on all the phones I asked about.,mtn is terrible and I would never suggest them to anyone after this
