MTN ***** our money

I got a message from MTN that my contract phone need to be upgade to a new contract. I told them that I already did a upgrade on the number ***, but to my suprise I need to upgrade this number *** which I never had. I told them that is not my number, I had the 0912 number sins I got a contract from MTN. The person who helped me at MTN Kolanade centre told me straight the number belong to me and don't want to listen to me. I never sign for that number, which the cancel now and told me i still need to pay for that number. How the hell can you pay for something you never have. I show you *********** they are.
