MTN Oudtshoorn and MTN have no respect for their clients

About 4 months ago my Samsung Galaxy S8+ started giving issues and would not charge at, had the phone for exactly a year (it’s on contract with above mentioned carrier) so I took it back to MTN Oudtshoorn to have it repaired. Weeks went by not a word, when you go to find out what’s happening where’s my phone they’d give you excuses like “the person who booked it in is on leave and we’ll know only when she’s back”. It’s been about 4 months and they phone me to tell me that the phone was booked in wrong and that it has to go back to be repaired cause they didn’t do any work on it. 4 months people and nothing was done for 4 months. This is not the first time MTN Oudtshoorn has done this to me, I had a HTC which spent more time being “repaired” than in my possey during the 2 years of my contract. Still don’t have my phone was better off taking to the repair shop down the road but because I’m paying nearly a R1000 for a phone that is under warranty I thought MTN would honor this warranty but clearly not. Not renewing another this contract again
