Mtn otp *****

I reporte a otp **** to mtn 5 minutes after it happy and the advice and support I got was bad. I end up paying R11000 on my contract where somebody buy packages on my account. It seems to me if you have a contact with mtn you not bind to a monthly fee anyone can **** you and buy exstra packages on you account.The contact should bind you for the agreed amount and other debit amount should be deducted from your bank account. The support I got is just sorry we can do nothing for you.
