MTN order and Service nightmare!

I ordered a Wifi router and package from MTN online and they said it would be delivered by DSV. The Courier delivery person came and he was rude, also said my biometrics were not approved and he left with my package. I followed up with DSV as per MTN email it turns out DSV had no record of my order and tracking number and MTN could not even tell me which courier service they used. Upon further investigation I found out that the Unprofessional service was from "Courier IT"/ RTT" to date I do not have my package which I paid for in full including pro-rata for the rest of this month. MTN has made me run from pillar to post trying to even find this delivery company that showed up in an unmarked vehicle and made me walk to the main road bus stop just for me to return empty handed. MTN Customers deserve better honestly.
