MTN OR TAMBO USELESS
MTN OR Tambo super useless.Firstly they "forget"to enter my work numbers onto their system and i only get to hear that when i call to check my contract status ,i am told it says incomplete.Fine,another setback that happens after days i am told my id doesnt appear well can i come to the store to resubmit.If only i knew better i would have just cut my losses and moved but hey i gave them benefit of a doubt.After a week or so they tell me my contract has been approved and i must come collect the device, and i told the consultant so nicely remember i dont want a black colour.Haw kuphi ***** is not even there to answer to me as to why the colour i requested isnt there.Remember i waited for atleast two days before i can go collect but still nothing postivite came out of it.Our service providers really know how to give us bad service.
MTN should teach their consultants that "customers deserve to get what they paying for".They honestly need to stop toying with our time.Now i have to wait heaven knows if they will get back to me today or not.Mxm such a uselless store.

13 May 2019, 14:16Well the matter was sorted.A special thank you to the manager although we only spoke over the phone and the sales consultant Tek who explained all i needed to know regarding the contract and apologized with regards to the issues i had.Thank you MTN for the beautiful device ,in the colour i wanted and my review was not to upset anyone or be difficult hopefully will enjoy the phone and any issues i come across will sure visit the store.
