MTN OR Tambo

If I could 0 I would. This store is absolutely pathetic, they never answer their phones when you call and when you call no one is their that can actually help. I took in a device for repair on the 09 of July 2024 and received a message that is repaired and sent back to the store on the 12 of July 2024. It is now the 22nd of July 2024 and there is still no one there that can help me, although my device is back at the store. No one made an attempt to call me and let me know my device is there either. This is UNACCEPTABLE and shameful from MTN. They are very quick to call you and cut you off if you miss a payment but when you need help they cannot assist. I am now already paying for something I do not even have. this is extremely disappointing. I took my device to MTN OR Tambo - Ref No.*** if anyone cares. I tried to get through online and was transferred around for an entire hour before no one could help me. Slogan should "Everywhere you get transferred to but don't get helped".
