MTN - ***** OR MTN *****STERS?

we have had 7 unauthorized contracts processed on our business account from September 2024 to January 2025. Despite our numerous correspondence to MTN, this issue has still not been resolved. We have paid in an excess of R6400 for ******* contracts, Credits forwarded by the *****, were used for payment against ******* contracts (WHICH, THEY CANNOT COMPREHEND). MTN, has to date not made contact with us to resolve this. they have continuously suspended our lines due to nonpayment of ******* contracts. this is affecting my health, both mentally and physically. we have done a breakdown of amounts paid against MTN billing for all legal contracts and are up to date. my continuous request for someone from MTN is falling on "deaf ears". can someone please assist????
