MTN OR MONDO

Good day MTN

I just need clarity on my MTN Contract i app**** for, i received an email from MTN informing me that my application will be processed 6th of January and if its urgent i can visit nearest store but now i received a call from a lady by the name of Nonhlanhla informing me that my application was successful and i sent my details to ***, so what is Mondo to MTN because i am feeling a lil bit uneasy especially after reading reviews,

please assist because important information was shared with this lady.
