MTN operating hours until 18:00 but door gets shut in my daughters face 17:47 in shock after her iPhone got ******!!!!!

After our horrible ordeal at Mr. Price Fern on Republic, my daughter came to realize her phone was ****** from her handbag 17:46. 17:46 I tried to phone her, and the phone was off. Across from Mr. Price is MTN and she ran out as she had to get the phone blocked as she had her banking card on her phone. She was at MTN 17:47, the lady looked her in her face and closed the door. O so by the way, the store was to close at 18:00. She cried for help and the lady at MTN ignored her. Sorry we cannot help you. Although there was still a customer in the store, the lady in question was of the opinion she had to finish up with her existing company so that she can leave at 18:00 not taking in consideration that the store should only close at 18:00. Service beyond pathetic. No wonder Waterfront / Brigh****er Commons shut down. I hope that Fern on Republic will last and 2 shops in one day and already if I have to rate these 2 stores it would be a -100. Service delivery in S.A - what is that, something you can eat? they don't know the meaning of service delivery no wonder so many people lose it in a shop due to frustration. Beyond Pathetic. We got home and after 7 calls the managed to get through to MTN. As she got though, and she asked to blacklist the phone, the call was dropped. Seems to me because of this being a process, call centre staff at MTN decide what calls they want to deal with and what not and therefore so easy just to put a phone down in your ear (drop the call). It is easy to blame "Network problems" The 7th time when she got through you can imagine the rising blood levels and she told the person if you put this phone down on me, I will totally loose it. Now you understand why there is road rage, people swearing and losing their S*&^%. I'll tell you why, it is because people in positions do not know the meaning of the word SERVICE DELIVERY. If you are not prepared to provide a service, resign / quite your job and give a person who is prepared to work the opportunity seeing that the unemployment rate increases by the day. The next day my daughter went back there, approached the lady that closed the door on her who refused to help her in the state of mind she was, and it was said sorry I was busy with a customer. Now the best it yet tom come. The reason why she went back to the store the following day was to purchase a new sim card and to get a sim swap done, guess what she was told sorry we do not have any cards in stock, and she had to go all the way to Cresta. Why did MTN open a store at Fern on Republic, if they refuse to help you prior to knock off time and if they do not stock sim cards. Why are you there!!!!!!!!!!!! - to waste valuable time.
