MTN opening a *****ulent account in my name affecting my credit rating and Clearscore and Experien and MTN not resolving the issue

I've previously had major hassles with MTN, NOT closing my accounts when I repeatedly asked them to. I had to stop/reverse payments, which affected my credit score, which I asked them to correct, which they DIDN'T. The only way I was able to get them to close my accounts and refund me, was for me to physically go to their head office and scream in their foyer until they refunded me and closed the accounts there and then.

This time I don't even have an account with MTN. Someone else opened accounts in my name and stopped paying. I have contacted Clearscore and MTN and Experian repeatedly since 12 May 2025, but my score has not been fixed, and I believe they have done nothing to resolve this. I have gone to the trouble of doing an affidavit and sent them all information that they have requested. I don't know what to do next except this review.
