MTN OPENED MY CONTRACT WITHOUT PERMISSION NASHUA M

I took a closed contract with nashua mobile. Apparently Nashua mobile has closed down and handed over my contract to mtn. and now mtn has opened my contract and im being charged 100's of rands without even knowing that my contract has been opened WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I to a branch and they tell me that its a franchise store and they cant do anything. then i call the head office and it only rings constantly. Then when they do answer they say that their supervisor and managers are busy! If mtn cannot sort this out i am going to open up a legal case for breach of contract without permission.<br> <br> [Email Removed]
