MTN - opened a *****ulent account in my name. They admitted to it.

MTN *****ulently opened an account in my name, and have admitted so. I have tried numerous times to rectify this. MTN has my ID number, cell phone number as well as my name. The address and email addresses they quoted are wrong! I have never had any account nor business with MTN. This is *****. Subsequently, my 'account' was handed over to MBD. I tried to contact them, they keep cutting me off. And/or transferring me to the wrong people. No help from them - I have been ****med and MTN won't help me. I have proof of the *****ulent account from MTN. You must clear my record immediately. An agent promised me that they would rectify this in 5-10 working days, this morning they said it would take 21 days! Do I need to name the persons who 'assisted' me?
