MTN opened a phone contract without my knowledge and they are refusing to help me out

A new contract was opened in September 2020 without my knowledge and they have been deducting money from my account

I reported the ***** case but no one from MTN has helped me thusfar with information on where was the new phone taken and which number is using that phone

They are just *****ing my money m***xm
