MTN only respond to keep you quiet and make themselves look better on HalloPeter.

I had a complaint about MTN last week on HalloPeter. After about 10mins MTN responded on my issue asking for some details. Being very surprised about the prompt response I was hopeful that the issue would be resolved.

The issue has not been resolved. I've not even been contacted by them ever since. I now see how MTN works. They only respond to complaints so that it show's that they responded on HalloPeter , but never really doing anything to assist the client or resolve the issue.

So be warned. MTN only respond to keep you quiet hoping that the problem will go away.
