MTN only has robots working for them as you cannot speak to an actual person :(

I have been trying for days now to get someone at MTN to assist me BUT have had no luck!!! Money was taken from my bank account without my consent - I do not have ANY MTN products - before more money is taken can someone PLEASE help as this is ***** !
