MTN only cares about your money,NOT YOU THE CUSTOMER!

MTN doesn’t care about anyone but itself!!!

I am utterly disappointed in MTN. I close my free-to-use router that I was utilising for a business premises that no longer exist. It has become evident that MTN becomes your enemy when you can no longer afford to keep their services.

I cancelled a contract on the 2nd of August. The premium was still deducted on the 4 August 2025.Now I recieved an sms telling me my account will be deducted until November 2025.

How can I pay three months for a service I cancelled? Even worse MTN has made sure that when you call their leads are filtered that only new business is important but if you try reach for the cancellation department for clarity you will never reach them.

This is disappointing as I’ve come to realise that MTN has clearly given their in branch staff a clear mandate to disregard/disrespect clients that no longer have a use for MTN quandary offer poor service.

This is unacceptable and that contract I want it cancelled with immediate effect not this madness I am being served!
