MTN only cares about money and does not offer services as promised

I am very disappointed client and upset at the way you handle your customers. I have been calling MTN to lodge a complaint and nothing is being done . Two weeks ago I recieved a call from MTN to offer me an upgrade for contract and I took it and from there on my number has not been able to receive calls it says my number is incorrect, I have been calling MTN daily they gave me this ticket number and said I should expect response in 48hrs up to today nothing has been done . *** ticket number. I even wanted to cancel the contract because of the inconvenience it has caused me , you are demanding cancellation feee whereas it was never my plan to cancel my contract. I just want my problem to recieve calls to be sorted out.

How is it my problem that you offered me an upgrade straight after that my number does not receive calls , when I tell the contract people they denie that that this has to do with the upgrade meanwhile my number was working perfectly fine before them. What explanation can you give to your customer for giving them the ticket number and promising them that whole issue will be sorted out in less than 24 hrs when I call after 24 hrs than there’s an extension of another 24 hrs , everytime I call after that I’m told that they see that the ticket number is still opened, no feedback or anything to tell me about the findings only explanation a big company like MTN can give is , ticket number is still open and don’t tell me why ?

I went in the nearest mtn they tried to assist me cause they were also failing they said maybe I should just cancel contract when I try to do that than you demanded cancellation fee ? For what for something that is not my fault.

What do you expect of this situation for me to just change my number ? What about my business? Banks ? Contract’s everything? Because someone is not doing his job
