MTN Online- Worst ever

The worst service I have ever come across. Firstly they give me a WIFI router without checking the coverage. Then they fail to assist with the activation of the simcard. They further leave matters unresolved; as if that is not enough, they still go the extra mile of debiting my account for a device that I have already returned back to them. The MTN Online team clearly is not working, they probably netflix and chilling. 10/10 do not recommend this ****ty company
