MTN ONLINE WORSE SERVICE EVER

MTN Online is the worse experience I have ever encountered. I opted for a new contract and completed all my detail online. I received absolutely no response and send 2 x e-mails to *** before an agent called me. The service was prompt and quick. Just to receive the incorrect phone a few days later. After several calls to MTN *** & *** to rectify this mess, nobody could assist (Just to add you stay on a call for an hour at a time) a visit to a branch where they could also not assist as well as several e-mails to *** and ***, I'm still sitting with the incorrect phone. Worse service ever, will not advise anyone to support MTN.
