mtn online upgrade process is a pain

Upgrade on web and post calls from mtn upgrade still shows as open. I app**** for my upgrade around 29 june 2024 and i only wanted data on my 1 sim this one have been completed. On my main sim i wanted data and minutes. I didnt want a device upgrade. I since have been called multiple times about upgrade and i refered them to both online cases and today again it was said to me i dont have open upgrade on concluding the call. App however still shows upgrade due. Website indicate on my number upgrade inprogress. Please advise.
