MTN ONLINE UPGRADE IS A JOKE!
I just upgraded online and received horrible service from everyone I speak to on *** - I won't mention names but I do have them. I waited up to 20 mins only to be transferred again. This is appalling. @MTN Why do you offer online upgrades and delivery if you cannot give proper service. I will rather be told to go in store than **** too. I was told that it takes 7 to 14 days for delivery by DSV, that is like using a post office not a courier. You guys are a let down. I am now on day 3 of waiting - I hope someone calls me back soon! Right now, if I could rate them 0 I would. DO NOT USE MTN ONLINE IT IS MUCH MORE TROUBLE THAN IT'S WORTH ANS THEIR STAFF RESPONSE, KNOWLEDGE AND ATTITUDE IS APPALLING.

I called DSV yesterday already, They have NO RECORD of my upgrade, neither does MTN call centre - my upgrade status is showing as accepted and open on your system and NO ONE knows what that means!!!!!! AGAIN _ HOW DOES THE ABOVE HELP ME or is this a standard reply to everyone?
