Mtn online upgrade application process - USELESS

Dont try the online upgrade paltform, mtn is of no help with regards to the apllication, customer services keeps transferring between departments and no one can be of any assistemce as to indicate the current status of the application, I have received an sms notification more than a week ago with no other communication whats so ever. One custimer care 'champion' as they call the people working in custoner services even put the phone down while I was on hold with her! Also they gave me an email address to send a request through only to find out that the email address is no longer in use, utter pior quality of service, I never had this issue with any of my upgrades!
