MTN online store the worst thing ever.

I have never had such a worse experience with a company like MTN. Nobody wants to take responsibility especially the online sales consultants ,I'm really disappointed in them. I bought a cellphone online upon arrival it was damaged ,they took it back since the 20th of October last till to date when i call them no one knows how to resolve the matter instead they send me pillar to post.
