MTN Online store can't deliver

Was contacted by Rewards co on behalf of MTN to process an upgrade. Twice this year I tried to go through the process. When the courier arrives however their finger print reader never accepts my finger prints and they leave with the phone after wasting a lot of my time. Don't offer a service if your systems are incapable of working. I proved my identify by ID, and my presence. You should deliver a phone even if your broken finger print readers don't work properly. I will never process an upgrade via their online call centers ever again as it just leads to mountains of frustration and wasted time.
