MTN online store

I have app**** online for one of the Black Friday deals on the 26th of November. The deals are only valid till the 9th of December, two days from today. I received a confirmation e-mail stating that they received my online application and that they will be in touch. You can not follow up, because they don't give you a number to dial. If you call customer care, they can only send an e-mail and ask them to get back to you. I have now tried to follow up several times but to no avail. Guess I am not getting the special even though I app**** on time. Not my first disastrous incident with MTN.
