MTN online shopping

Hi, got a Laptop online through MTN contract, it was suppose to come with the other accessories (microsoft office product and a mouse) called several times it was out of stock, went to MTN and they were always saying we like to buy things online they can’t assist me and gave me phone numbers. This is over 1year, still pay the contract. My son uses my laptop for school things.
