MTN Online Shop *****

I placed an order on their online shop https://www.mtn.co.za/shop on 19 Sept 2022.

This was for a combo month-to-month package, until now no representative has been in touch with me relating to this order after almost 1.5 months. When I have attempted to follow up on this in numerous customer support areas, online services or sales there is no trace of this order on their system.

Payment was deducted from my card account, thus I have paid for a service to which MTN is incapable of providing. Ridiculously poor service and non-existent processes. Question is how many other customers have gone through this same pain, paid for a service via their online site shop and no response. This is ***** plain and simple.
