MTN Online Shop - "Dont give a damn" kinda service experienced

<p>I purchased a Nokia 535 mobile phone on the 9th of December 2016, expecting it to be delivered on time before Christmas, considering it was a Christmas gift. After uncountable attempts at your call centre to enquire about as to when it will be delivered, I was sent from pillar to post and back again. Your call centre staff are useless. I was asked by them, to contact your warehouse, only to end up contacting your accounts division at which I was told by someone there that "I am not paid to know additional information about the firm" after begging for correct contact numbers. For a JSE top 40 listed firm, your service is non existant. I was assisted by a supervisor called Danny Lepelle today, who seems willing to assist me and then contacts me to inform me that the warehouse only re-opens on the 3rd of January 2017 !!!!! I need someone competent to assist me or "you can shove your order where the sun doesnt shine" and give me my money back and hope you all lose your ****** jobs !!!</p>
