MTN Online services bad

I cant believe the MTN online service is so bad. When you email the customer care they don't even bother to response. When you call the support line you first wait for someone to answer,. Well you wait about 20 minutes. then you still get no help on the phone. I returned the phone to the MTN branch and received a reference number and now they are telling me its incorrect number i was given
