MTN online services

I ordered a router with data online, problems with the delivery due to my biometrics not working at delivery so waited another week. Parcel eventually delivered, I got the router without the Sim card that I paid prorated for. Trying to get hold of the correct people on the phone was a mission from hell. Very unhappy with the service and will definitely think twice before getting any products from them again.
